Wedding Deposits / Payments
We book event dates 6 to 18 months in advance! Deposits to hold your event date are a $110.00 fee and must strictly be paid through your invoice via Square. Final payments are due the day before your wedding, and the invoice breakdown will be available via your client portal. All final charges must be paid through Square which is connected to your invoice. If you wish to pay with cash, Please have the full remaining balance in an envelope prior to the start of your services. Gratuity is accepted and greatly appreciated.
Artist Requests
Aileen and Julianna have hand-picked and trained all ladies on the team. We pride ourselves on having a streamlined style that shows in our diverse online portfolio. We assure that you are in great hands with any of our artists. However, if there is a specific person or look that you desire we will try our best to accommodate those requests. If you are flexible with your getting ready time frame, that will help increase the chance of your request being filled.
Bridal Trials
Due to a high volume of appointments, Bridal Trials are offered on select Sundays for a discounted fee of $250.00 which includes both hair and make-up. Bridal Trials requested outside of Sundays will be full cost. All bridal trials are held at our studio in Renton. Pinterest boards and screenshots of desired looks are highly encouraged.
Bridal Scheduling
Please allow 55 minutes per service, which includes 2 artists on location for both hair and make-up. For example, 5 bridesmaids would require around 4.5 hours. We do not create day of schedules for bridal parties, we will take whoever is ready to ensure the flow stays on track. If you have 2 artist, 2 people should be available for services at start time, if you have 3 artists, 3 people should be available at start time, etc. The time frames requested are not a guarantee; please let us know your desired end time with your inquiry. The Luxe Team staying until your photographer or videographer arrives is NOT a guarantee. If you wish to shorten the time frame, we will hire on an additional artist for you @ $100.00 per hour.

We charge $100.00 for every hour before 7 am. (EX: 4 am start time would be $300.00 fee)

The client is responsible for all parking fees associated with their venue location. Please note that we do come to all events with chairs, lighting, and many event supplies; we do valet our vehicles which is billed to the brides’ hotel room. We do not move locations once we have set up and have begun services. DESTINATION WEDDINGS: We love to travel as much as possible. Contact us for special pricing outside of WA.
